Willow Services (Southern) Ltd. was founded in 1998, and since then has grown to serve the south of England, and we currently provide services to developments ranging from Dartford through to Dorset. We also cover most areas of South London, currently serving developments in Surrey Quays, Sydenham, Ewell, Addlestone and Sutton.

With over 20 years experience of providing reliable, effective and high quality grounds maintenance, cleaning and property maintenance solutions, we are able to offer a friendly, flexible and diverse range of services to our clients, delivered by our experienced and well-trained staff.

Operations Director

James Palfrey-Broome

James joined the business in 2008 as Operations Manager after 16 years in the health charity sector. Since joining the company, he has overseen its’ growth and development, navigating both recession and pandemic, in such a way to allow the business to both survive and grow organically, securing new clients along the way. He is very much the face of the business, and will probably be your first point of contact.

Financial Director

Edward Palfrey-Broome

With a background in publishing and law, Edward joined the company in 2010. Starting as assistant to both the old operations manager and financial director, he now manages the 'back-of-house' of the business; overseeing the financial, marketing, and human resources aspects of the company.

Peter French

After a long career in automotive detailing and property maintenance work, Peter was promoted from within to the role of Operations Manager. He now oversees the day-to-day management of our teams, as well as contract management and delivery.
